WOTC Survey Integration
CTI works with ApplicantStack to embed the CTI WOTC Survey directly within the onboarding experience using a secure survey link. As part of the implementation process, the survey is added as an onboarding task, allowing new hires to complete their WOTC screening without leaving the onboarding workflow. To ensure a successful screening, employees enter their CTI confirmation number into ApplicantStack after completing the survey, providing a built-in validation step that helps organizations verify completion, improve participation, and maintain higher compliance throughout the WOTC process.
