Payroll Integration
CTI is proud to partner with COATS to provide a secure payroll integration through SFTP. During implementation, CTI works with COATS and their clients to configure a customized payroll report within the COATS platform that includes the employee demographic and payroll data required for the WOTC process. When needed, users simply run the report within COATS and securely transmit the file to CTI through an encrypted SFTP connection, eliminating the need to exchange sensitive payroll data via email. This streamlined process improves data security, reduces manual handling of sensitive information, and helps ensure accurate WOTC application processing, leading to higher certification rates and greater tax credit opportunities.
