WOTC Survey Integration
CTI integrates with Dayforce through a secure, bi-directional survey integration that incorporates the CTI WOTC Survey into the Dayforce onboarding workflow. As part of the onboarding process, new hires launch the WOTC survey from within Dayforce, where key employee demographic information is securely transferred to the CTI screening, reducing duplicate data entry and creating a seamless onboarding experience. Once the survey is completed and electronically signed, WOTC qualification results are securely returned to Dayforce, providing HR teams with real-time visibility into each employee’s qualification status. By automating the exchange of applicant and qualification data, the integration streamlines onboarding, reduces manual effort, and helps organizations maximize available tax credit opportunities.
