WOTC Survey Integration 

CTI is proud to partner with Essium to deliver a secure, bi-directional WOTC survey integration that embeds CTI’s screening directly within the Essium onboarding workflow. The CTI WOTC Screening is assigned to each worker’s task queue, where employees simply select Go to Screening to begin the survey. Employee demographic information is securely exchanged between both platforms, reducing duplicate data entry and creating a seamless onboarding experience. Once the survey is completed and electronically signed, WOTC qualification results are automatically returned to Essium, allowing administrators to view each worker’s screening status—including Pending, Qualified, and Ineligible—directly within the platform. By automating the exchange of applicant and qualification data, the integration streamlines onboarding, reduces manual effort, and helps organizations maximize available tax credit opportunities.
