WOTC Survey Integration
CTI integrates with Fountain through a secure, bi-directional WOTC survey integration that embeds CTI’s screening directly into the client’s hiring workflow. During implementation, organizations can configure a dedicated WOTC Screening stage within their Fountain hiring process, allowing candidates to complete the survey at the point that best aligns with their recruiting workflow. Once launched, applicants complete the CTI WOTC Survey through a secure screening link or QR code, and qualification results are automatically returned to Fountain. The integration can also automatically advance candidates through the hiring stages based on survey completion, reducing manual effort while providing recruiters with real-time visibility into each applicant’s WOTC qualification status. By automating the exchange of applicant and qualification data, the integration streamlines hiring workflows and helps organizations maximize available tax credit opportunities.
