CTI integrates with Fourth by incorporating the CTI WOTC Survey directly into the Fourth onboarding workflow as a required onboarding task. New hires complete the WOTC questionnaire, including the required electronic signature, as part of their onboarding process before being redirected back to the Fourth platform. Because the survey is embedded within the onboarding checklist, hiring managers can monitor completion status just like any other onboarding requirement, providing greater visibility while increasing survey participation and helping organizations identify more tax credit opportunities through a streamlined onboarding experience.
