WOTC Survey Integration 

CTI is proud to partner with KINISO to deliver a secure, bi-directional WOTC survey integration that embeds CTI’s screening directly into the KINISO onboarding workflow. As part of the onboarding process, new hires complete the WOTC survey as a required onboarding task. When employees launch the survey, they are seamlessly redirected to the CTI screening experience and, upon completion, are returned directly to the KINISO onboarding workflow to continue their remaining onboarding tasks. By automating the exchange of applicant and qualification data, the integration streamlines onboarding, reduces manual effort, and helps organizations maximize available tax credit opportunities. 

Payroll Integration 

CTI also partners with KINISO to provide a secure Payroll API integration through CTI’s Integration Module. Once configured, employee demographic, hiring, and payroll data is securely synchronized between both platforms through automated updates each time payroll is ran, eliminating manual data transfers while ensuring CTI has the most current employee information available. By improving data accuracy throughout the WOTC process, the integration helps organizations achieve higher certification rates and maximize available tax credit opportunities.
