WOTC Survey Integration 

CTI is proud to partner with PayNW to integrate the CTI WOTC Survey into the PayNW onboarding experience through a customized onboarding e-document. As part of the employee onboarding checklist, new hires access the WOTC survey through a secure survey link, complete the questionnaire, and electronically sign the required authorization before returning to their remaining onboarding tasks. By embedding the survey into the onboarding checklist and incorporating the required consent language, organizations can increase survey participation, streamline new hire workflows, and create a consistent WOTC screening process that helps maximize available tax credit opportunities. 

Payroll Integration 

CTI also partners with PayNW to provide a secure Payroll API integration through CTI’s Integration Module. Once configured, employee demographic, hiring, and payroll data is securely made available to CTI following each payroll run, ensuring the WOTC process is supported with the most current employee information. By automating the transfer of payroll data, the integration eliminates manual effort, improves data accuracy, and supports the performance reporting and benefit calculations that help organizations achieve higher certification rates and maximize available tax credit opportunities.
