WOTC Survey Integration
CTI integrates with Mitratech’s TalentReef platform by incorporating the CTI WOTC Survey into the onboarding workflow as a required onboarding task. New hires access the survey through a secure link and, upon completion, enter their CTI confirmation number directly within the onboarding task before they can continue. This built-in validation step provides a check and balance that helps verify survey completion, encourages employee participation, and creates a consistent WOTC screening process. Hiring managers can also track survey completion within the onboarding checklist, providing greater visibility while helping organizations identify more tax credit opportunities through a streamlined onboarding experience.
