WOTC Survey Integration 

CTI is proud to partner with TempWorks to embed the CTI WOTC Survey directly into the HRCenter onboarding workflow. During implementation, the CTI WOTC page is added as part of the client’s onboarding process, allowing candidates to seamlessly complete their WOTC screening before returning to finish the remainder of their onboarding tasks. Once the survey is submitted, WOTC qualification results are automatically reflected within the employee’s TempWorks record, giving recruiters and staffing professionals immediate visibility into an employee’s qualification status without leaving the platform. 

Payroll Integration 

CTI also partners with TempWorks to provide a secure payroll integration through an automated SFTP connection. Once configured, employee demographic and payroll data is securely transmitted from TempWorks to CTI without manual intervention or the need to exchange sensitive information via email. By automating the secure transfer of payroll data, the integration reduces administrative effort, improves the accuracy of the information used throughout the WOTC process, and helps ensure WOTC applications are prepared with complete and reliable employee data. The result is higher certification rates and greater tax credit opportunities for mutual clients.
