 WOTC Survey Integration 

CTI integrates with TruPay by embedding a customized WOTC e-document directly into the TruPay onboarding workflow. As new hires complete their onboarding checklist, the WOTC questionnaire is presented as a required onboarding task, with employee information entered earlier in the onboarding process automatically pre-populating the form. New hires complete the questionnaire, electronically sign the required authorization, and submit the form without leaving the TruPay platform. By incorporating WOTC screening directly into the onboarding experience, organizations can simplify new hire workflows, increase survey participation, and identify more tax credit opportunities through a seamless and efficient screening process.
