WOTC Survey Integration 

CTI is proud to partner with UKG to deliver a secure, bi-directional API integration for UKG Ready® and UKG Pro®. Within the Recruiting Gateway, candidates seamlessly complete CTI’s WOTC assessment as part of the application process. Within the Onboarding Gateway, organizations can integrate CTI’s customized WOTC e-document into their onboarding workflow, allowing new hires to complete the survey as part of the onboarding experience. Once submitted, qualification results are automatically returned to UKG, providing HR teams with real-time visibility into each candidate’s WOTC qualification status. By automating the exchange of applicant and qualification data, the integration streamlines hiring workflows, reduces manual effort, and increases WOTC survey participation. 

Payroll Integration 

CTI also partners with UKG to provide a secure Payroll API integration through CTI’s Integration Module for any UKG platform. The integration securely exchanges employee demographic and payroll data between both platforms, eliminating manual data entry and improving the accuracy of the information used throughout the WOTC process. By reducing data discrepancies and automating payroll data transfers, organizations can improve certification rates, enhance WOTC performance reporting, and maximize available tax credit opportunities.
