Brian leads the Cost Segregation Department as Director of Cost Segregation. Prior to joining CTI, he was a Cost Segregation Senior with Clark Schaefer Hackett Business Advisors on the Cost Segregation team.​

Over the years Brian has completed more than 1,000 cost seg studies and has been a team leader on process improvement for several large firms. His analytical abilities have made him a highly sought-after asset within the cost segregation industry. Brian holds a BS degree in Economics from Canisius College and currently resides in Buffalo, NY.
