Marcus has been one of CTI’s longest tenured team members with nearly 15 years of service. During this time, he has worked across several service lines to help cement the CTI culture and foster the growth of each department. Marcus earned his stripes by starting out in CTI’s foundational programs such as the CAEZ Hiring Credit and the WOTC program before transitioning to help lead the pursuance of R&D and ERC. He has also been a driving force in the development and implementation of Tax Beacon across the organization. Marcus’ adaptability and experience has allowed him to be a key player in all aspects of the firm from hiring and training, staff development, process improvement, and overseeing operations and business strategies across multiple service lines.
